just wondering how to form a prospecting/mining syndicate do you register it with the gov or do you just do it ? as I previously stated on the forum a while ago I decided to let people in on my gold prospect find a while ago I had a few interested but when I told them the bond of getting a lease was 10 to 15k plus the cost of the actual lease witch is 5k depending on what you want to do on the land and tools used people wore hesitant and thought it wasn't worth spending that sort of money as an individual so i'm asking now what about forming a syndicate ? maybe everyone who's interested puts a certain amount of capital in to get it up and going ? then later gets rewarded with actually mining it with a lease ?

what a mine field, but as my accountant once said to me " a partnership is like being married, would you marry the partner or partners " so its a close relationship between those partners and the legal responsibilities need to be mapped out in particular the financial aspects. having said that, its a way for a group to follow the dream and share all profits workload and depts so what state are we talking about that might be a start for thinking

state is Victoria location is ........ can't say yet. access is via shaft only its has great easy access the ore body is over an large area 300m in length and 84 meters in depth however the size of the reef is only 1 to 6ft wide and pinch's in and out a lot over its course its extremely enriched when it crosses east west spurs that cross the main reef. its also worth drilling I think but assay results will prove that.

im currently getting assays done pending results when results get back and if its a payable grade witch im sure it will be. ill have the green light to form a partnership/syndicate. but I want to legally write up some sort of an agreement as I have been doing a lot of footwork mapping out its course not only on the surface but underground too. im happy to discus in more detail via pm but not the location.
