Hi guys I'm look for a place not to far from Bacchus marsh to detect .iv been going to Blackwood a fare bit. But hoping to find other places just as close ..Any suggestions?

There's soo many places around you to choose from, I suggest looking for john tully maps or some googling. Wish I was that close to all the action!

No I haven't I will have to do some research only started detecting a few months ago

Trentham, Barry's reef and Bullarto are fairly close, even Greendale. Its only a 20 minute drive. Check out the Struck oil mine it's probably the closest gold field to Bacchus Marsh. good luck
