Any ideas

I have an issue. The rubber protector under my front bumper has dislodged.
Vehicle: VF Holden International 75th Anniversary.
Question:is the fixing screw a Phillips head or an Allen Key?

Go to the wreckers Mackka.... you'll know youranswer as you remove one from a wreck..... just take a Phillips head and an Allen Key set with you.
