Gary, Quartzy ground with ironstone edging down to a shallow watercourse. I’d be only too happy to check it out for you, if you’d tell me where it is. Geoff LOL.

With a sensitive but limited depth detector like the Gold Monster, I reckon you'd be more likely to strike gold in the shallow ground on the slopes and ridges, than in the gully, which doesn't look to be eroded so might be deeper.

A lot of the gold found in the central gold fields in WA was on the eroded hill tops.

Only way to find out is to get the detector out and start swinging best of luck.
