AFL indigenous round and the flag

For goodness sake is this is a joke? The aboriginal flag belongs to the aboriginal people of Australia. Who gives a ..... if WAM own its rights. The AFL should stick it to them and display the flag with pride.

It actually belongs to one man, who lets others reproduce it for a fee, or commission, just like millions of other images,songs, names etc.
Obviously the AFL dosn't have enough money.

Money money money all about the money. I stopped paying much attention to the AFL and only follow the local community leagues now. I tried watching rugby with my son but its all gambling ads. Money money money so the flag is owned by some one so others can't use it with out paying a fee? money money money. Rant over :lol:

I will watch the final of any sport because you are looking at the best of the best of their era. There is nothing better than watching a finely tuned athlete in action. It's a poetry of movement and desire to win that "one" point that adds up to a possible win or move to the next level of their ability.

Well, there's a challenge for our Australian/Torres Island Indigenous communities .......

Come up with your own unique distinctive design that reflects your culture .......

Would be recognised as "Yours" and make the "pay to display" buggers worthless .....

Imagine the outcry if the Eureka Flag was "pay for display" ..... there'd be a revolt.

maybe a catalyst for all those designers out there to get to work. Your right there would be a revolt if we had to pay to wave the eureka flag.
