But recently got gem and gold fever after a trip not so long ago.

G'day big red . I'm just up the road a bit in kurrajong . Also a newbie to detecting . We go out most weekends at the moment . What type of prospecting are you into. cheers

Oberon and hill end are just up the road .. A long way is Central Australia or WA hehe

Welcome Aaron,,, I am new to this site also,,, bought my detector 12mths ago but been panning since was a kid.
