Oh yeah, how are those "Banned" t-shirts coming along ? What sizes ?
Can I have a 4XL ?
Couple of size 8 and a size 12 too - family man you know.

Yes we did it with some friends a few years ago.
Dig a big hole, add some rocks and build a huge fire. Let it burn so you get a large amount coals and the rocks heat up. The rocks help maintain heat. Put the food in a container and into the hole.
Then you cover it up. Traditionally I believe they cover it with banana leaves before piling dirt on to seal it up. We used wet blankets and a tarp.
Let it cook. DONE! :D Gotta be careful when you dig it up so ya don't get dirt in the food.

So how long would you cook that "basket" for, it seems like it is a real mix of heavy meat sections along with snags.
I assume the veges would cook first.
