They are a real nuisance, my suggestion is an organisation or bank or charity open a bank account where we could deposit the little mongrels Australia wide and once or twice a year proceeds donated to charity. I for one would kick it off with my healthy collection plus match it in real money just to get rid them! :cool:
 
Only dig every thing on the beach.

Not interested in pre decs unless Silver on private permissions...

Only shallow $1 and $2 in parks etc

So if you follow me, other than on a beach; there will be stuff left..

That right there is a great idea mate. I would get on board with that one for sure. PM if you get something going
 
If you do find 1 cent pieces ...

Check the date ( if too corroded, then don't worry then ) ...

1968 1 cent pieces can be worth around $5. in average grade ( rarest 1 cent by mintage )

The 1968 2 cents are worth about half as much.
