Had a go at Bendigo with no goods. On my way home I stopped at a new spot at Blackwood I've always wanted to try. Found this one about 12" deep in an old tailings pile.

The 2gram curse still haunts me. These are the last two I've pulled around the Blackwood area.

Great finds PT and Chuky! Christmas Tree gold, very appropriate.
I found this one yesterday, Avoca Gold, 9" down in wash gravels.
Weighed in at 3g - found with my "new" old white NF 16" spoked coil, I love it! Paid for itself twice over already
