Got a few days at Whroo, gave the 6000 with the 17 a crack. finally got a couple of bits, 0.21g , 0.45g. 24.6 g of lead.

Plastic garden scoops at Bunnings, $1.50, great for the detector, so can have them everywhere.

My skid plate fits ok, but it is very thin and flexes in the middle. I would prefer to wear out the tape and not the edge of the coil cover as it seems to be very thin and sharp on the edge.

I taped my coils as soon as I got them, Used Scotch cloth tape from Bunnings. Nenad sent a cig lighter charger with the unit, great bloke to deal with.

I have a Suzuki 300 Stockman, old school. gears 5 , 3 speed joyey box; 15 gears , 3 revers. front diff lock, solid drive in back , independent suspension in back, Best buy I have made except the 6000.

Go a quad bike, you can see around you a lot better. Build your own roll bar, non on the market that really work for carrying stuff. Did mine for my work. 2x1 rsh , if it bends then you won't survive anyway.

I forgot to add; if does love wet tree roots, have dough a couple real good before I woke up. kurajong trees it loves, massive signal, stringy bark this year being wet.
