It is a good coil. The standard 10x6 is concentric, so excellent in milder soils or if using the Gold Kruzer to look for jewellery or coins. The GK24 is DD so runs smoother in goldfield soils. It is only just behind the little 7x4" on sensitivity, but gets better depth on the larger bits.

Yep, if I could only have one gold detector in the arsenal it'd be the 7000. As much as I still love the 5000 and 4500, even with a range of coils, you can't do what the 7000 will on reef gold. It also handles a range of soils very well while finding tiny gold and deep gold at the same time...

Yes I still do the straight run up the lower shaft with the 6000. The less copper that is present in the coils field can only be a good thing.
