Awesome, thanks for your insight. :} yeah I'm still unsure in all the proper terms for this stuff I generally call tilt rock or crystal hunting haha. I'm from whyalla. The best we have got down this way so far is some good size clear and Smokey quartz and a few other I guess rocks :}

Hi thankyou Jack... :} I have found a few "rocks" but I think they are just quartz. Or smokey quartz I have a,couple of not so good pics. But after using the search tool haven't found many ppl or topics on s.a. as long as the kids have fun,thats all that matters.. :}
