We are with Red Energy and the last bill came in about 10 days ago for $103.68.
Bill before that was for $212.01.
Don’t know if thats a good result or not as we have only had two bills since installation.
Electricity charges from back of bill.
Looks like we get 7c per kWh credit fir what the system produces..
Service charge 93.500c per day .

I think I need to shop around for a better deal.
You need to contact Power Shop 13c per kilowatt hour

We have had a 5kw solar system for just over 10 years with no issues at all but with increased power pricing, reduced feed in tariffs and the likely hood of restricted kw exports or tariffs for feeding in to the grid ( as per NSW in 2025) I decided to bite the bullet and install a 10kw battery.
1st full day on the system was Friday, 22cents of purchased power but 29cents worth exported to the grid (@ 5cents a kw) I will call that a win.
Battery monitor is telling me I’m currently 99% self sufficient.

I was lucky enough to install my solar when the high feed-in tariff was around, I've paid $200 for power in eleven years and that was because the inverter **** itself while we were away once, but I've received an average of $1000 in payments each year, we've got 5 years of the high feed-in tariff left and then I'm going to increase our system to 10kw and hopefully the battery's will be cheaper by then.

The main thing use it while sun shining, some have app that shows input and outputs link your inverter, educating the missus about it, try and bank credit though summer to get though winter I run think 13kw 8c kW payment

I get $0.22 cents FIT but pay $0.62 usage.
Run washing machines, oven ect during the daylight ,not in darkness.
I get Paid around $150 back into my bank every month.
Never had electricity bill in 10 years.
Have a 7 kW system.

Cheers all.

Ps, I still get screwed with every other government system ffs

Would anyone make a recommendation as to which provider is offering the best in terms of a high feed in tariff? (Just got notification from AGL on Friday it's changing to 3.9c on 1st Aug) 😐

Bought 6 panels about 10 years ago, did reduce my power bill but wouldn't have clue if I receive any tariff? How do find that out?

Have a look at the top half of page 2 of your Synergy bill, where it shows your Account Summary and below that Credits, the Renewable Energy Buyback Amount is your WA feed-in tariff:
