Fob watch winder ?

Hi, does anyone collect fob watch winders ? or at least thats what I think it is. Its certainly not one of the fancy ones but if anyone wants it just send me a PM and I will send it to you.

It looks very old, however it looks broken, and wouldnt wont fit anything that I have. But thanks!
