Post you APRIL coin of the month competition entries below this post. Good luck to all.

COIN OF THE MONTH COMPETITION.
Coin of the Month Rules:
The Coin entered must be found after joining the forum.
The Coin must be found in Australia.
The Coin submitted must be found in the month the competition is active. (Coins found on the last day of the month can be entered in the following month's comp)
The post must be submitted in the current month.
The post must have a picture of the coin and the DATE item found.
The coin entered must be clearly identified (If the date is too worn as long as it can be identified in a date range).
You must have also posted a picture of the coin in the appropriate section to be eligible to enter a monthly award. ( Members finds or wherever you normally post you finds.)
The entered Coin must be the only coin in the picture.
Maximum of 2 entries per member
Tokens and coin rings are not coins and must be entered in the Find of the month competition.
Coin of the Month will be decided by member votes using an online polling system.
There will be no prizes offered at this time. You get bragging rights though.
All monthly winners will be entered into the Coin of the year competition and a small prize will be up for grabs.
Please refrain from commenting on every find as this will just make it difficult to keep track of the entries. Thanks.
IF YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED ALL OF THE ABOVE WITH YOUR ENTRY, IT WILL BE REMOVED. You will now be sent a PM asking you to read the rules before re-entering.

I'm hoping I have met all requirements for the comp RJ. I have posted it here, https://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=17258

This Chinese coin was found just off to the side of a track in amongst about 20 nails of all shapes and sizes and other trash
I'm afraid to clean the coin. As you can see it's very fragile and extremely worn and has a few cracks as well.
I found it with my GMT on the 23/4/16

As per the above web site I think it could be one of these, if it is it's very old.
It's the only one on this site with the figure "8" on it.
