GMCASA is running the Gemboree at Murray Bridge this year over the Easter weekend there will be heaps to see & do - There will be a field trip for those dector fanatics it is intended to visit a location that always yields something. Don't forget the metal detecting competitions that are held by the Murraylands Gem and Mineral Club's famous "Rockarama" held on the Palmer SA oval on the 1st weekend in May. I will give the Adelaide ones ago as they are about 200km from here. There used to be one in Kadina and Port Pirie which is only about 50km from here but I don't know whether they still exist.

I appreciate you volunteering for the secretary position Sheryl, got some pretty big boots to fill. 2016 should be a good year once we have selected some new locations for club coin/relic and gold outings. It is always worth joining up with a club, much more fun sharing finds and experiences with likeminded people than detecting alone.
