Why does it happen???

OK. Spent the last few months building my banker.
Had it fired up and working with a few minor details sorted.
Bought all the hoses, cam locks etc.
Had my secret spot's sorted.
Really looking forwards to this long week end.
Now got a damn freaking good dose of the bloody flue.
Spent all day in bed.
Somethings gonna pay for it....

I'm in a similar boat mate, been struggling all week with a gum infection as well as a mild case of man flue 8.(

I suppose that there is no use grumbling about it.
I think I might be able to at least get one day in but not too far away.
The fresh air might do me good. LOL
Nugget take it easy on the gum infection mate. Not very pleasant.

Wishing both you gents a speedy recovery. I was flat out getting a half hour of panning in today, working my two days off on a family renovation that has dragged on two long years. Be at work all day Sunday after tomorrow and Monday, so Tuesday is the day, then 8 days straight again. Let's hope the gold gods smile when the dirt starts moving again.
