It's the fault of management. The place often has six or eight roadtrains in with the guys filling with fuel and buying meals, then there are the locals because there's nowhere else to go yet they'll have half a dozen lined up waiting for service and only a skeleton staff. They are obviously not good to their staff because there's always somebody new. Even when the customers slow down staff are run off their feet restocking shelves and fridges. They must turn over millions monthly but are always understaffed.
