Each year I'm feeling the cold more and more and this year is no exception, so I'm posing this question. Which thermal underwear have you found to be the most effective ?

And, yes I do know what the best way is to get warm and that's not happening anymore 8.( 8.(

I've got some of the Aldi ones but feel that some of the old Wildcountry were warmer but my mind is going anyway

Pm Ridge Runner he's close to the artic cap and has a wealth of knowledge on all the thermal gear :Y:. Are you feeling the cold when in doors or only when outside. If it's while your indoor what heating are you using and what insulation does your home have.

Hi xcvator, if ur still suffering with the Plantar fasciitis, like me you probably dont feel like even walking, let alone exercising much....as a result your lack of circulation is probably the cause of feeling the cold.
I invested in one of these...to get the blood flowing to my feet.... it certainly helped with the PF.

Its the one Alan Border endorses.

x 2 OzzieAu, we bought one for the father in law and it has helped him tremendously with his circulation issues and walking and with the tall tales he tells you would think as a cricketer he was as good as AB.

RMO, I've always felt the cold, but more so in the last couple of years. When I was on the bobcat in winter The layers were thermal leggings/trousers/waterproof overpants. The top was thermal top/tshirt/shirt/high vis jacket/waterproof jacket. Double thick beanie and sheepskin riggers gloves and then a piece of an old sleeping bag wrapped around my legs.
Great in the bobby but a bit hard to walk around in
