Hi everyone, Ive been a lurker to several gold sites for some time now and have been researching gold sites east of Melbourne to do some panning. I have access to a creek on private land in the yarra valley and I am currently seeking permission from various authorities to fossick there. I also have a friend who lives in Maldon and plan on buying a detector and trying my luck out that way.
So as you can see Im very green to this gold caper.
