Hi All,
Went out to a new area this morning, paddock where an old house once was, found a 2 dollar coin, thimble and heaps of ring pulls and other junk.

but the bullets may be from out a little. And those pull tabs dont say old house, they say a cool spot for a rest when they were stripping the goods offa the old place to reuse elsewhere.

Yeah its an anchor guys, would it be a Navy button? The eyelet on the button was missing so no identifying marks.

Might be onto a good site there, worth having a detect away from the original site in case the house was dozed. I have often found good coins and relics a fair distance from the original location for that reason, plus there might have been sheds/stables further out as well. Iron is usually a good indicator that you are over an area of interest, good luck. :Y:
