Hi All

For my last birthday my family bought me a el cheapo detector from an electronics store, and I have had a bit of fun with it, found a lot of junk, but also some coins, fishing sinkers etc.

This has sparked my interest in detecting, which led me to this fine forum which I have been browsing for a while.

I am already looking at upgrading but not sure with what yet.

G'day oopsie welcome to PA as far as your upgrade is concerned, depends on what you want to look for. If gold is what your after an SDC2300 is the cream of the crop for ease of use, used properly on the right ground will give you every chance of finding gold. Best of luck
