Hi everyone thank you for seeing my post

my name is Chang from Thailand, studying English in Perth. nice to meet you

I did some research for a month now.I learned Southern Cross is one of nearest goldfield from Perth

So i decide to go Southern Cross by myself this weekend.

i wish i could get at least 0.1 gram of gold.

Can i please get any tip or advice from you guys and What should i aware of ?

Do you have a miners Right, do you have permission if needed, make sure you are well prepared, remember it is real easy to get lost.

G'day Chang, good tips from gadgetman. You will definatley need a miners right from your local mines department, you will also need to know who's lease you will be going to and organise permission before. Southern cross is a tough spot to metal detect as there is a lot of rubbish around. Do you have a detector? What type if so?
Make sure you have a gps and good maps as it is very easy to get lost when you don't know the area.
