state forests ?

hi diggers was looking to go detecting around kilkiven 2mro, and was wondering is there an overlay that i can use on google earth to show state forests and places that i can legally detect. or any othere info that might show me where im aloud to go. any help on this topic would be appreciated thxs diggers
