Hit the showgrounds for a few hours today.Started working a new area.Pretty happy with it so far 1934 sixpence,1921 threepence,1935 farthing and a 1937 coronation medal Here's the medal fresh from the ground,it was about 7 inches down.
Here it is cleaned up a bit...
My first medal of any kind so couldn't be happier A few other interesting bits,the little brass lid (B.A.HJORTH & CO STOCKHOLM) is off an old primus burner,don't know what the other thing is?
