Shifting rivers

Found this gif on another forum and thought I'd post it here as it's pretty interesting. Really shows how quickly a river can shift over a short period of time (less than 30 years here). Really makes you think how much a river's course could change over millions of years.

What sort of timelapse program is this Hurg ? Can we access it to applyo the changes in our river systems ?

Unfortunately it looks pretty specific to those areas listed, though I haven't looked too deeply into it.

Or maybe not, looks like it's got the globe covered for the previous 40 years. Not sure how to access the program though, doesn't look like it's freely available.

Some of the rivers in the Snowy's region look like this from above . They move a fair bit .
