Setting for coins etc Garrett AT Pro

I have bought a Garrett AT Pro and a bit confused about the settings i should be using for coins and relics. Any info is appreciated for a newbie starting out. thanks. I have plenty of time and patience but not technical at all.

Tazii, set it on coins mode, metal discrimination at 35, sensitivity about 2 from flat out and watch the Target ID values. You will find a list of target id's on here somewhere that will tell you what values will result in pennies, silvers etc etc.

If you cant find the list...I think Nugget did it.....give me a yell.

thanks for the reply Tassii Daz. I did some more reading this morning and experimenting and after four hours I found 2 x $1 coins and a 50c coin. So excited that I found them. (Of course Hubby hid them and he hid them really well so you could not see where.) I will have a bit of practice with jewellery and other stuff before I go but was so glad to know I can find stuff.
I am going to look for the at the metal discrimination setting as not sure what I had that set on. What is the difference between STD and Pro mode.
