Up for sale is a “like new in box” condition Minelab SD2100. This detector was a backup unit and was never used in the field. The SD2100 is totally standard except for the tune function which has been updated to a nice external control. Mick at Detectronics did the work and went through the SD2100 in great detail and swapped out one or two capacitors just as preventative maintenance. The detector functions perfectly and is pristine inside and out.
If you are chasing both big and small gold then the 2100 has an amazing reputation even after all these years. No bells and whistles but these machines were built tough and are very reliable.
Detector and all parts have always been stored indoors and away from heat and sunlight.

$1600 (Firm). I have seen some cheaper SD2100’s but they look like they have been used for demolition work. Additionally, I have a good array of as new original coils and the control unit has been inspected thoroughly.
