Prospecting and private property.

Just wondering how many here approach private land owners for permission to prospect on their property.

How do you find the responses from landowners?
What's your success rate?
Do you ask if you can drive through their property?
Do you offer them a share or payment of some form (slab)

I'm thinking I might start knocking on doors, after all they can only say NO I guess...

Hi Wooly, do a forum search on 'private property'. There are around 5 topics that have covered this and plenty of ideas and suggestions on how to approach property owners.

This might help you work it - When you are on a post you can right click on the search bar up right corner and it will turn blue - then click copy and you can paste that link in your message - That how I do it anyways

Thanks Danmuss, I will remember that. I usually get the kids to do things on the computer for me.
