Possible scam on a GPX 4800

Hi All,

Don't know if anyone else has seen this or im just being paranoid...... but I am in the market for GPX 4500 and came across a newish 4800 on ebay that was up for auction........ it ended yesterday or the day before that went for $3500+ and now I see the exact same 4800 with same pictures and description on gumtree for only $2200 which has raised some flags.......

has anyone else seen it on ebay? Or am I just going mad.

Had a look if I could punch in the SN but I would need the hidden image on the security label....... it's just very odd to have it come up on gumtree so soon after ebay and for a dirt cheap price...... I also sent him a message but haven't heard back as yet.

The eBay seller and sale appears genuine, 'Nick' on Gumtree, not so much...

look like your correct grubstake, might report that gumtree add and see what becomes of it, at the most it might stop someone getting ripped off....

Hmmm I remember reading that ad weeks ago , must keep re running it.

Edit .. just checked my ebay history and it was there I seen the original sale for $3750
