Just wanted to give Nenad from phase tech a plug.
I live in Darwin, and we do not have a store in town that retails much in the way of prospecting gear, esspecially coils for our detectors.
The local minelab distributors are great guys and stock a good range of detector sand basics, like spare batteries, nuts and bolts and picks etc, at Darwin prices (the exchange rate of our darwin $ sucks!) And they don, t stock coils, but can get them in.
When I asked them about what they could get, they didn, t really know, they are not a specialist shop, they sell trailer and caravan parts from wheel bearing kits to the kitchen sink, big shop! And nice blokes.

I decided to get my 1st coil from Phase tech, and after ordering it, the coil arrived the next day, express post!
So, When I decided to get another one, I went back to phase tech, same story, express posted on Thursday, in darwin on friday!
I sell barra lures, and express post australia wide, usually 2 days minimum from darwin.

All I can say, is that I would not hesitate to recomend PHASETECH as 100% reliable, and with customer service beyond my expectations.

Hey Dave, that's great service, but not as quick as mine, but I'm just a stone's throw down the road from him in Adelaide's south. Pretty lucky having such a cluey fella so handy to me..... a nice bloke as well.

Australia Post has it as processed on 21st at Wingfield at 8:30am, Received at Hallett Cove 2:22pm same day and then ...........................................................It's on its way?????????

The day I ordered , Nenad sent me a message saying he could deliver because he was about 20 minutes away. I missed the message.

Going on that level of service , I'd bet in your case its Australia Post, not Nenad.

Nenad is usually very prompt with postage, more like Australa Post leaves a lot to be desired. I can get detecting gear from France and UK quicker than I can get a parcel from Queensland.

Upside you have not understood my post. I have no complaints about Nenad's service. He delivered it to the post office early on the day he said he did. But that's where the roadblock is. The tracking shows it received and transferred to the other depot on the 21st but from there it just says....it's on its way.

I wouldn't be too concerned, when Clegy sent my the new Deus coil, it sat in the Yeppoon post office for a number of days before being forwarded interstate. Frustrating, but something we have no control over unfortunately.

Agree with all positive comments about Phase technical. I purchase Deteknix wireless headphones and SDC adapter lead. Very happy with the items and Nenad's service. :|

Travelled from Qld to Adelaide to purchase from Nenad and have never regretted doing so. Picked me up and dropped me back at Airport. :Y: Even brought me lunch .................... apple turn over topped with a silver fish Always good honest advice regardless and not about the buck.
Knows his products backwards and backs everything he sells and if he didn't, well bad luck anyways as the buggers far to big to argue with.

Nenad has a wealth of knowledge and is gracefully open with his expertise.

I myself have pm him about his opinion on certain subjects and every time he responded very quickly with a well explained answer for me.
Also with follow up questions to confirm i had my question answered.
