Hi All,

Just like to share my experience purchasing camping gear on-line.

After doing some comparisons etc. I decided to by some new gear from Tent World in QLD, new tent, stretcher and self inflating mat.

All the gear arrived with 3 working days, QLD to Vic, all the gear arrived in good condition, no freight charges. :)

Turns out the mat is faulty, centre section won't inflate? :(

Email reply to order confirmation, instant automated reply, next day person email reply with instruction, next day I comply with instructions and get a reply with in the hour telling me a new mat is on its way, with no cost or anything for me to do. :)

I haven't got the new mat as yet, only got my latest reply an hour ago, but I can't speak highly enough of my experience to date.

I bought some gear from them a little while back for a job I was doing and had all my gear arrive from Toowoomba in 3 days delivered to my door. I was pretty impressed. I am in Cairns

G'day Filthyphil, thats good news that there are still same good business people out there. Alot do not understand how to look after customers and how quick bad news travels.

Cheers, DD
