Bill goes to the doctors one day.
Doctor asks what issue he has.
Bill replies... i have big green leaves coming out my butt.
Doctor says ... that is really strange. . I will need to have a look.
Bill reluctantly drops his strides and the doctor takes a look...
"My god man! " the doctor says u really do have leaves starting to come out there.
Bill asks the doctor ...... Is it bad?
Doctor replies.... mate this is just the "tip of the iceberg"
