Willo, Good luck for your upcoming trip, the only medication that will ease your fever is a rattler full (a couple will do) of nuggets. When I'm at home (between trips) and I start to feel the fever coming on I give my old film cannister a shake. The soothing rattle helps me relax until my next bush trip
