No black sand.

I noticed at Tuena that there is no black sand in the pan at the end of the process,just a brown sort of grey stone.Is this ironstone?

At tuena you will find plenty of iron stone, look for the iron stone build ups as the ironstone is the heaviest thing in the creek aside from the gold, i would say this is what your getting as there's heaps of it, a few pics would help
