Newbie

Hi all
I have just decided to get involved in Prospecting. I am brand new. I guess the best place to start is get involved in a club and start learning. I live in Perth so am going to the next meeting at West Coast Prospecting Club. Well that is a start anyway. I also need to learn what equipment to get. Who knows I may meet some of you out there.

Yea it would be great to get involved with a group that get out there and learn from them. Also what equipment to purchase. Hell I would just love to go out there camping and watching to start off with. I do a lot of Fishing so my 4x4 is all set up for camping time to add Prospecting to one of my hobbies. Im retired now From the Military and the Fire and Rescue Service. Looking forward to having some fun. ?
