Newbie Intro

G'day everyone,

I better start a new post to introduce myself..

I live in Bacchus Marsh, I'm 33 years old. I'm keen on tracking down gold and/or gems. I've spent a little bit of time in Beechworth sluicing some gravel for gold. Also checked out Daylesford and surrounding areas for other bits and pieces.

I am interested in doing some more local searching on weekends.
Anyone in the same area keen on any trips to go hunting some rocks or colour? Are there any local fossicking groups around?
