hey Guys,

I'm new to all these prospecting forums, i was just wondering if there are any other prospectors in Adelaide who wouldn't mind hooking up to hit the dirt?? Im in the western suburbs but I'm keen to travel anywhere to get a good find. Im still pretty new to detecting and I'm using a minelab eureka gold mostly around the beaches but not having too much luck. Be keen to share my enthusiasm with like minded hunters.

Welcome mate, there are plenty here from your area, had much luck on the beaches? Share your finds with us if you can, always gets other members keen to get out there...gets the blood pumping

Hi Danny I'm in Adelaide and a Pom always keen to get out and find some treasures with a fellow detectoristalso using a eureka gold but ain't found no gold with it yet only found gold panning

Cardiff, I got as scouse mate in west lakes. Which suburb you in then mate?? You had a tidy finds with your eureka??

I found no gold with mine but I've seen gold being pulled out at depths the eureka would findare you using th standard coil,I think the coiltek 6" round is supposed to be brilliant on that machine,quiz a few people on here as I'm not totally sure about the coil,I upgraded to a gp 3500 not long ago and hav pinched 2 peices,one from Jupiter creek and one from mount Crawford

nice mate, well done! I'm still waiting on my first nugget, get the atx coming next week so keen to give that a spin, eureka is on gumtree now but got a load of clowns offering silly money for it lol

Not bad, i have a carry case and headphones with mine so looking for around the $900 mark. its been looked after and in really good condition too. See what happens.
