Hello crew . Im new to site , just got back from Slaty creek campsite 1 for a few days of fossicking. No water in creek but went on with the monster for a few hrs of the day but not found much but still enjoyed it.. new ground to me .. have been around Dunolly, Beechworth, Blackwood. Found a few puddles in creek and and some panning and did find some fine gold but not enough water to run my little sluice. Found a bit up at reedy creek a while ago so will head up for some time soon.
