Dear colleagues

I am Danny from the Netherlands and I have been active with this great hobby for almost 26 years.

I am also a collector of metal detector patches, maybe seen on Facebook or instagram or pinterest.

Hi Danny, welcome to the forum. I don't have any patches to give you unfortunately, but I did see this one some time ago, however I can't remember which site I saved it from. I thought it was cool, as our hobby seems to have an over-representation of men, even though I've heard many stories about guys taking their partner with them on a trip, only for their wife/girlfriend to find the only lump of gold for the day. Obviously it's a hobby where females can do just as well as males (or maybe better considering women often seem to have much more patience!).

I had seen the patch on Facebook and approached the person. I also already have a feminine pink search patch in my collection.

Of course women can also search, which is nice.
I sometimes also search with a slightly older lady 65+
nice person and crazy as a door.
