I sign up to this forum to get extra knowledge and tips for metal detecting for gold my friend suggested I signup as Aussie people seems to know much about gold prospecting is this true?

Follow the white rabbit. I reckon Australians know a great deal about many things. As for gold detecting... we have some of the most highly mineralized soils in the world which make it harder for detectors to find the gold. So I guess that would make Aussies pretty good at hunting it out.

Click on your profile at the very top and far right of the page. In there are options for you to add an avatar etc. What you want is the "signature". Whatever you type in there will show at the bottom of every post you make.
