my sdc finds after a few weeks

Here are most of my finds after a few weeks of getting my first ever detector, after lots of research and talking to people i settled on the SDC

Way to go josh086. I'm getting the itch looking at that :lol: what size is that biggest piece? Without being specific, where were you detecting?

Thanks scrounger 15.14 grams the big fella went, was amazing feelin digging that up!!! Central west nsw on private property ?

Haha i was shaking like nothing else when i realised what it was, my initial thought was a smaller nugget hanging out of a clay ball but then when i couldnt squash the ball with my finger my heart almost stopped.. yea mate i have put a pic up in biggest sdc nugget ? although the pic i put up in there is of it on my scales this pic looks way better cause my mates scales are smaller. Good to know they both came up with exact same weight though

That's a parcel of nuggets that anyone would be proud of, but for a new starter, it's an outstanding achievement.

Thanks grubstake yea got it off owen at central west prospecting supplies not long ago. Looked after me well great service and im guessing that 'narrawa' is owen after that comment haha that machine is just fine mate no dramas

How deep was that big one?

The big one was over 10 inches but maybe just short of 12. Just a nice soft sound like a lead shot or small nugget at 4 or 5 inches but then once i got down 6 or 7 inches it was cancelling the machine out goin crazy
