Just wanted to give a big thanks to Coiltek in Maryborough for exchanging my Koss headphones that stopped working about two weeks ago. I know about consumer rights etc but some companies drag their feet in trying to help, but not Coiltech. So thankyou.
It may be of interest to hear that i'm not the only one having issues with these headphones on the sdc units, i think it all comes back to the leads being too short and getting pulled when you place the units on the ground when sorting a signal in the scoop. Wires getting pulled perhaps?
