Anyone know what this is? Found with the 1861 Token, thought it was a key for a clock or something but it has a hole in the end like a needle? Any ideas?

Bell handle is my thought.
(Only a thought though), just looks like one to me. 8)

I agree it might be from a bell but it also has Prince of Wales type plumes/feathers on it.

I am also thinking that it maybe a handle from a 18th/19 century cabinet.

Just noticed that it's threaded just above the hole, good suggestions so far, I thought maybe a bell too. dunno.

the hole appears to be in the wrong direction for a cabinet handle. google can't find anything

Might be that old that it used a horse hair string to lift a latch ( "wind- wind" ).
