Shannon here, Since i'm new to all of this I thought Id best introduce myself.
Live in the Bendigo region in Victoria early 30's and actually work in a Gold Mine.
Just started having an interest in Fossicking for Gemstones
, not so much Gold as I see it everyday. As for the gemstone's I'm doing as much research as possible whilst learning about what equipment is best for each application before I go out into the wilderness totally unprepared and simply stare at the ground because I have absolutely no idea where to start. I thought it would be a smart idea to have a bit of general knowledge under my belt first.
Open to tagging along to anyone's little adventures or chit chats if anyone is in the area.
