Jaw Crusher

Here is a little jaw crusher I bought,100x60mm,if jaws closed will crush about 200kg hr open 400kg
Really good when you want to sample.
To the right is my small ball mill,i made using 9kg gas bottle,using steel balls picked up in the west about 30mm,it really reduces the material to slime,in a few hrs.

What size is the discharge from the jaw crusher?

Hi Puddler 200KG closed to 400kg open.at 200 kg good mix of fines

What is the size of the largest pieces to come out the discharge of the crusher. 5mm, or 10mm or is it all 2mm minus? Just curious.

Never taken any real measurements,but I seive with a 50 mesh every time I pass it through the crusher,after several times I test the sample.
If I need to talc powder it I use the 2 sets of rollers on the other machine and then put it in the ball mill, for a couple hours.

It might be beneficial to use a small hammer mill. Go from the jaw crusher, through a mill, then use whatever you need to process. In my plant I do this. Jaw crush, hammer mill, then concentrating table. Much quicker. The mill takes the ore down to "battery sand fineness" almost immediately.

I am thinking I will split the rollers from unit on the trailer,the rollers are very quick and good,the main purpose is to use a electric motor for them,just switch and go.
