Hi all

Just started in all this prospecting, fossicking, stuff. retired 2 years ago and still fit and health and thought it would be a great idea to get out and about by doing a bit of prospecting or hunting for gems. Great to see if I can find anything in my Canberra region. Always dream of a find that is worthwhile. Have a pan, a metal detector and a couple of other bits and pieces. Will look at a sluice eventually.

All in all a newbe and now looking for somewhere to explore.
