Introducing Myself

Hi Everyone,

I have just joined the forum. My name is Daryl, but mostly I get Daz or Dazza, hence the handle Diggerdaz.

I'm getting older, 67 yrs old in fact and always wanted to give this hobby a go.

Just ordered my first ever MD, a Minelab CTX 3030 as i'm getting older, no point in wasting time on entry level stuff.

I live in Central Queensland near the ocean, so beach detecting will be one of the first things I try, also gold mining in the area, hope to pick up a nugget, yeah I know dreaming, lol

Well, looking forward to meeting a few of you around the traps.
