I don't know how to evaluate this Gumtree proposal, but for somebody with the requisite mechanical skills, I guess it might be a fair swap:

Sign me up , reckon i get to use the loader after its fixed ? No idea what im doing but happily pay a mechanic to fix so i can mine his lease. Which brings another thought, if the leases were any good he would have cash to pay a mechanic ... on 2nd thought im out of this deal
