Gee it was wet last week...still got to get away and go down roads I've never been, took my twin boys (10) and a friend...Well we found a old site , just busted goldfield blacks and pottery and got going...dug the usual tin and slag then got a police badge/ buckle ...waved my mate over to celebrate and check it out, as he turned around and walked a metre away he got a nice tone and dug a Parkes Geelong iron monger token( no date on coin but is 1862 I think).....double high five!! I also dug part of a gun and some strange brass things...here's the police badge/buckle...it sung like a witness on the machine
